We accept Once Upon A Boutique Gift Cards for purchases made in store and online. Merchandise Credits are accepted for purchases made in store only.
For purchases made on or after January 01, 2020 see our Returns Policy for details.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for online orders unless it's due to an item being defective. Returns and exchanges will be granted for in store purchases within the first 14 days.

All purchases are shipped via USPS. You will receive shipping notification through your email address on file once the item has shipped. Please check the tracking info, and if you see a problem, please let us know so we can advise how to contact the PO.
We are not responsible for packages once they leave our possession.
We use USPS Priority shipping for items over 15 ounces. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $150. Items are processed and ship out in 48-72 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday) after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered. Villa Rica and Georgia residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Express shipping is the only guarantee service we provided. Domestic orders above $250 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes. Please keep in mind that USPS is a government agency ad does not deliver or operate on national holidays.
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.
We use USPS Priority Shipping. If your order is placed before 12:30 pm Eastern Time, and customer selects Express Shipping at checkout, order will be shipped out the same day and received by the customer in 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm Eastern Time will ship out next business day and received the day after that. Some areas do not offer next day shipping, if this is the case, customer will be notified.
Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders. Express orders are always sent out as scheduled.
Once Upon A Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
We offer USPS International Shipping and DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS. All international orders take 24-48 hours to ship. USPS takes about 10-15 days to be delivered. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated). DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS is our fastest shipping speed for international shipments and take 1-3 business days depending on the area. DELAYS CAN HAPPEN AND DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS shipping times are just ESTIMATES. Shipping times for DHL CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. DHL and USPS is not available to all countries at this time. Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.
Please note:Once Upon A Boutique is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about our package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Once Upon A Boutique and cannot be refunded or resent.
Product Availability At Once Upon A Boutique we strive to be constantly bringing in new, fresh, and unique styles on a daily basis. Due to the high demand of our products, our items sell out very quickly. On occasion, certain items displayed on our site may no longer be in stock. Once an item is sold out, the item will still display for sometime as we give the option to our customers to provide their email to be notified when and if that item is restocked. However, display of a particular item or size online is not a guarantee that the item is available or is in stock at one of our many retail locations. In the event that a customer purchases an item which is no longer in stock, we will refund you for the entirety of that item plus any applicable shipping charges. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
We strive to display our products in our pictures as accurately as possible. Customers may also contact us for more information regarding products prior to their purchase. However, due to various factors, such as your computer monitor’s size and capabilities, it may affect what you see on your screen. Refunds and In Store Pick Up Terms and Conditions
We do not provide REFUNDSunder any circumstance other than if the item was not available at the moment of purchase or there was a defect in the item prior to shipment. We offer in store pickups to our customers who live or are in the Villa Rica area and would like to pick up their items instead. If items are not picked up within 14 days, the customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, the customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. If a customer decides they would like the items shipped instead, they can request an invoice for shipping and items can be sent to the address they provide. By selecting in store pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Once Upon A Boutique. For items that are shipped, once the customer receives the package (when the tracking number provided by us appears as delivered) the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Once Upon A Boutique. Furthermore, Once Upon A Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the shipping company provided at the time of delivery.
