We use USPS Priority shipping for items over 15 ounces. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $150. Online STORE items are processed and ship out in 48-72 BUSINESS hours (Tuesday-Saturday) after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered. Georgia residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Please keep in mind that USPS is a government agency ad does not deliver or operate on national holidays.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you MUST contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
